As the overall group leader, Paul is responsible for spearheading the management, marketing efforts, and financial operations of the company.  His major emphasis is listing property, working with sellers, buyers, referral clients, and negotiating contracts.  It is his goal to provide synergy within his group so that all are providing our clients with compressive full-service experience that is second to none.

Katherine Arpin
Katherine Arpin is involved in all aspects of marketing our properties locally, regionally, nationally, and international. She is also very involved in building client relationships.  Her background in Psychology, human resources and international business allow her to combine her skills to professionally and effectively communicate with all of our clients.   Accessibility is key -- Katherine’s availability and knowledge are what the luxury client expects and receives.

Jeff Cecil 
Mr. Cecil, has experience in the areas of business, real estate, probate and trust law, with an emphasis in real estate acquisition and development and real estate financing. Mr. Cecil transferred his practice to Naples in 1993, after having spent 14 years in Columbus.  Mr. Cecil assists the team and consults with our clients on real estate business legal matters.

Melanie Bobcock 
Melanie Bocock was born and raised in Naples, Florida and possesses over ten years of website development experience.  Her specialties are web design, ASP programming and search engine optimization.  Melanie was employed for nine years by the Lutgert Companies as a web developer and now has been providing her skills on an independent basis through her company ItegrityNet worx. She is involved in all aspects of our web development.

ASP™,  IAHSP™, DANA®, PME®, RESA®
Having extensive luxury real estate experience, Hanna brings the expertise in the area of staging and decorating your home.  She is affiliated with several top organizations and has had a broad educational background including being a member of ASP – Accredited Staging Professionals, DANA – Decorators Alliance of North America,  IAHSP – The international Association of Home Staging Professionals, PME – Property Marketing Expert, and RESA – Real Estate Staging Association.  Hanna works with our clients preparing their home to sell for top dollar in the quickest amount of time in any market with a wide variety of services on an as needed basis.
